BRIEF STORY OF THE EARRING

Earring has very ancient origins; the first evidence dates back to the age of Sumerians and later in the ancient Egypt when used as male adornment and it was a symbol of power and wealth.

In later times their use spread also among women and those less wealthy began using these adornments made with less valuable materials, like terracotta; thus the first bijoux are born.

Also symbol of pirates that used to wear them to be more visible in dark places, but mostly, they represented a reward for those who would bury them in case of death.

Nowadays earrings are used as a style accessory; when wearing a pair of earrings the face is immediately highlighted emphasizing grace and femininity.

The colors and creativity in the shapes make my handmade earrings original and exclusive, making the style of the wearer unique.
